TERMS OF USE

Upforit is a UK fitness event directory and community platform. We list events and clubs, let athletes save races to a season calendar, connect Strava, and let organisers claim and edit listings. Event details (dates, prices, venues) come from organisers, public sources, and partners — always check the organiser before you enter or travel.

You must provide accurate information. Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, scrape at scale, or break the law.

Strava login is optional. Connecting Strava is subject to Strava's own terms and API agreement. You can disconnect at any time. We use Strava data only to power Upforit features you use.

Club and event listings may be seeded from public information. Claiming a listing confirms you are authorised to manage it. Providing false claim details may lead to removal. We may edit or remove listings that are inaccurate, spam, or harmful.

Links to registration pages, aggregators, or club websites leave Upforit. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content or entry processes.

Do not attempt to break security, overload the service, harvest personal data, post illegal content, or impersonate others. Automated access beyond normal browsing (including scrapers) requires our prior written permission.

Upforit branding, design, and original content are ours. Event and club names, logos, and photos remain with their owners. You grant us a licence to display content you submit (descriptions, photos, notes) on the platform.

The directory is provided "as is". Fitness events carry inherent risk — train appropriately and follow organiser instructions. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on listings (including race entries). Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring claims in their local courts.
